It doesn't sound too impressive, especially at 3:20.. your beat ain't bad, but bro..
This remembers me about the time I was playing on my gameboy, try to use some effects like reverb and try to master it more because I cant almost hear the drums..
The way I give you criteria doesn't mean you're bad, I just want to help you get better:)
Maybe a bassline, some orchestral in the background? and a compressor for the kick to get a pump-effect (woosh woosh).. And let the snare get a reverb to give it 'more'.
The wobbly synth does sound like nehh..
But keep posting your beats on this forum! I will help you and try to listen to all the songs. I am really sorry if I'd hurt you but I want you to get better.
